Microsoft Acquires Teleo

Microsoft announced it has acquired Teleo Inc., a provider of voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) software and services that enable the placement of phone calls from PCs to traditional phones and that deliver this technology through a variety of software and Web applications. Texas wins VoIP designs GNS with TCL

TCL Communications Equipment (Huizhou) Co., Ltd. and Texas Instruments Incorporated announced that the two parties will work jointly to integrate TI's VoIP and broadband technology into TCL's innovative IP phone solutions.
